~ 6" color touch screen that controls virtually all aspects of the machine and is extremely easy to use. It

automatically maintains web tension (both unwind and rewind), counting (both footage and individual label) and

~ Our rewind design uses a separate motor coupled to a magnetic powder clutch to turn the rewind spindle.

This combination gives precise & repeatable tension from core to finished diameter, even at extremely

low settings. No levers to move, no gears to change - just select the tension level on the touch screen and run.

~ The digital "Blade Setup & Position Readout System" makes multiple shear blade setting a snap, and, with

100% accuracy. No need for rulers or an off-line fixture to set blades; this system is a real time saver for setting

1 blade or up to 25. Operators enthusiastically praise the speed, ease of operation and accuracy when setting

up new jobs with it. It is as easy as pushing a button on the keypad and tightening a screw!

~ The Waste Rewind (for winding up bad product) is unique too. Not only is the take-up speed adjustable, the

spindle also conveniently swings out-of-the-way when not in use!
